Fees Policy:
My fees are structured to accommodate the time dedicated to writing and designing a custom ceremony that is infused with your personalities. Date, location, rehearsal, travel, and my time to officiate your ceremony are also considered. In addition, I believe that conducting your ceremony is more than just showing up and reciting words or making pronouncements, it’s a reflection of your love and commitment.
Ceremony Choices:
* Customized Ceremony your location: $200.00 *Full officiating services with a bridal party & guest list at a
location of your choosing.
* Includes:
* Initial consultation with clergy to discuss any special wording, order and customization of your ceremony
* 150 page book of wedding vows, readings, poems and ceremony planning ideas
* Customized ceremony & any revisions
* Rehearsal
* Ceremony
* Premarital Preparation Course (completely voluntary) *Save $60 on your TN marriage license.
* Elopement Ceremony Package: $160.00
Includes:
* Initial consultation with clergy to discuss any special wording, order and customization of your ceremony
* 150 page book of wedding vows, readings, poems and ceremony planning ideas
* Customized ceremony & any revisions
* Ceremony
* Rental of beautiful silk bridal bouquet (several styles available)
* Couples Toast
* Toasting glasses (yours to keep)
* Small wedding cake
* Photos taken after the ceremony (You will receive disk after ceremony to take with you)
* Premarital Preparation Course (completely voluntary) *Save $60 on your TN marriage license.
NOTE: Toast & cake are for couple only. We are happy to provide for your guests for an additional fee.
* "No Frills" Elopement Ceremony: $100.00
For the couple who only desire to make their marriage legal, without the frills.
Ceremony performed with couple only on location or Ceremony Room.
* Includes:
* On site pre-ceremony consultation
* Choice of pre-written ceremony (several to choose from)
* Ceremony
* Premarital Preparation Course (completely voluntary) *Save $60 on your TN marriage license.
**** Holiday Charge Add $50.00
*All ceremonies include unlimited email and telephone consultations, and all USPS certified mailing fees to submit marriage license to court.

Our fees are structured to accommodate the time dedicated to planning, designing, coordinating and executing a custom wedding that is infused with your personalities, and to your specifications. Date, location, travel and difficulty of event coordination are also considered. Some of our packages have set prices, however your wedding is a unique expression of you as a couple. It will be customized to you, therefore the final fees will be customized to you.
Travel Fees:
Due to rising gas costs, a $0.50 per mile fee will be assessed for minister’s total (round-trip) driving mileage for rehearsal and day of wedding when event is more than 25 miles beyond Chattanooga, TN 37421.

Parking, toll & valet charges are funded by the couple. *Note: If couple elects to have their ceremony in a park that has metered parking then they will be billed for ministers parking & any related charges prior to ceremony.
Locations which require air travel and/or accommodations will need to be arranged and funded by the couple.
*Note* Mileage charges will not be assessed for services within a 25 mile radius of Chattanooga, TN 37421.
Also, I DO NOT charge for parking, toll or valet charges unless they are charged to me.
Postal Mailing Fees:
Any fees for mailing of your ceremony accessories to us, or returning them to you, must be paid in advance by you.
We require signature tracking confirmation on all shipments and will not accept any shipments that do not contain a signature request and a tracking number.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required in order to secure your ceremony date. Your date is not secured until a deposit has been received. Full payment is due no later than 14 days prior to event date. Reservations less than 14 days require full payment. Cashier's Checks, Money Order, Cash or PayPal accepted as payment.
